Congratulations to the Model General Assembly team for their performance this past weekend in Richmond, and special congratulations to Alli Phillips for being elected as the Virginia Youth Governor for Model General Assembly next year! As Youth Governor, Alli will be responsible for passing or vetoing bills from teams across Virginia during the MGA event next spring.
